Kat Alexander

 Kat Alexander, EYT+ (She/They) has been teaching Kripalu Vinyasa combined with inspirations from Katonah Yoga since 2011. As a year round island resident, Kat is dedicated to expanding the practice and teachings to be as accessible and inclusive as possible. They believe that yoga, movement, breath, and meditation are for everyBODY. This hour-long class style is intentional, strategic, and grounding: sometimes subtle, sometimes lively, always powerful.
